Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • ¼ cup butter or olive oil
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese or vegan alternative
  • 3 garlic cloves grated
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning paprika, Italian herbs, or spices
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Wash and trim the cauliflower, keeping the core intact
  3. Place the cauliflower in a baking dish, stem side up
  4. In a bowl, mix butter or oil, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper
  5. Pour half of the mixture underneath the cauliflower
  6. Flip and coat the top and sides evenly
  7. Cover and bake for 30 minutes
  8. Remove cover and increase heat to 425°F
  9. Roast for another 15 minutes until golden and tender
  10. Let cool slightly, slice, and serve
