Method
- Rinse the rosemary sprig and gently bruise it to release aroma.
- Place the rosemary in a mug and pour hot water over it.
- Cover and steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Strain the tea and add lemon honey or ginger if desired.
- Serve warm or let cool and enjoy chilled.
