- 1 fresh rosemary sprig 4 to 6 inches
- 1 cup hot water just off the boil
Optional
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
- Lemon slice or lemon juice
- Honey or maple syrup
- Fresh ginger slices
Rinse the rosemary sprig and gently bruise it to release aroma.
Place the rosemary in a mug and pour hot water over it.
Cover and steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
Strain the tea and add lemon honey or ginger if desired.
Serve warm or let cool and enjoy chilled.
