Rosemary Tea Recipe is a light, aromatic herbal drink made with fresh or dried rosemary leaves. It is calming, easy to prepare, and ideal for a mindful morning or gentle daily ritual.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 fresh rosemary sprig 4 to 6 inches
  • 1 cup hot water just off the boil

Optional

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
  • Lemon slice or lemon juice
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Fresh ginger slices

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the rosemary sprig and gently bruise it to release aroma.
  • Place the rosemary in a mug and pour hot water over it.
  • Cover and steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Strain the tea and add lemon honey or ginger if desired.
  • Serve warm or let cool and enjoy chilled.
