Method
- In a shallow dish, combine the espresso and raspberry liqueur. Quickly dip the ladyfingers and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and cream until smooth and fluffy.
- In two glasses or ramekins, layer soaked ladyfingers, a spoonful of mascarpone cream, and a few raspberries. Repeat the layers.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, top with grated dark chocolate and a few extra berries.
