Ingredients
Method
- Warm one cup of filtered water (hot but not boiling)
- Add one teaspoon of turmeric (or one inch of fresh root)
- Add ½ teaspoon of fresh grated ginger or ¼ teaspoon of ground ginger
- Stir in one tablespoon of raw honey
- Add a pinch of black pepper
- Optional: mix in ½ teaspoon of coconut oil or MCT oil
- Stir until fully blended
- Let the drink cool slightly before sipping
