Method
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of serving cups. Chill briefly.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and mix well.
- Add key lime juice and zest, and continue mixing until creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until light and airy.
- Spoon or pipe the filling over the crust in each cup.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 to 3 hours until set.
- Add toppings just before serving and enjoy chilled.
