Ingredients
  

Base Ninja Creami Protein Ice Cream Recipe:
  • 12 ounces milk or almond milk
  • 1 –1.5 scoops protein powder optional
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
  • Sweetener honey, stevia, or maple syrup
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons pudding mix or 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
Optional Flavor Additions:
  • 1 –2 tablespoons cocoa powder for chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fruit cookies, or chocolate chips (mix-ins)

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients into your Ninja Creami container
  2. Mix until smooth with no lumps
  3. Let the mixture rest for 5–10 minutes
  4. Cover and freeze overnight until fully solid
  5. Run the “Lite Ice Cream” function
  6. Add 1–2 ounces of liquid
  7. Use the “Re-spin” function once
  8. Add mix-ins if desired and run “Mix-in” mode
