Method
- Add the honey to a clean, completely dry glass jar or mixing bowl.
- Add the turmeric, ground ginger, Ceylon cinnamon, and black pepper.
- Stir thoroughly until all the spices are evenly distributed and the honey becomes smooth and golden.
- Transfer the mixture to a clean, dry, airtight jar if you mixed it in a bowl.
- Stir the Neuro Honey Blend before each use because some of the spices may naturally settle.
- Use about 1 teaspoon per serving. Stir it into warm water or tea, drizzle it over oatmeal or yogurt, or spread a thin layer on toast.
