Ingredients

  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground Ceylon cinnamon
  • teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Add the honey to a clean, completely dry glass jar or mixing bowl.
  2. Add the turmeric, ground ginger, Ceylon cinnamon, and black pepper.
  3. Stir thoroughly until all the spices are evenly distributed and the honey becomes smooth and golden.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a clean, dry, airtight jar if you mixed it in a bowl.
  5. Stir the Neuro Honey Blend before each use because some of the spices may naturally settle.
  6. Use about 1 teaspoon per serving. Stir it into warm water or tea, drizzle it over oatmeal or yogurt, or spread a thin layer on toast.
