Ingredients
  

  • 1 package orange gelatin 6 oz
  • 2 packages vanilla cook and serve pudding mix 3 oz each
  • 4 cups hot water
  • 1 container whipped topping 8 oz, thawed
  • 1 can mandarin oranges 16 oz, well drained
Optional
  • mini marshmallows
  • crushed pineapple well drained
  • cottage cheese
  • cream cheese

Method
 

  1. Combine orange gelatin, pudding mix, and hot water in a saucepan. Stir well.
  2. Heat and bring to a boil while stirring until the mixture turns clear.
  3. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate until fully set.
  4. Break the set gelatin into small pieces.
  5. Add whipped topping and mix until smooth and creamy.
  6. Fold in mandarin oranges gently.
  7. Chill before serving.
