Method
- In a cup, add the honey first.
- Squeeze in the lemon juice.
- Add the grated ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon if using.
- Pour warm water into the cup. Make sure it is warm, not boiling, to protect the nutrients in the honey.
- Stir until everything is fully dissolved.
