  • 1 cup warm water herbal tea or warm milk

Method
 

  1. Measure 1 to 2 teaspoons of raw honey.
  2. Mix the honey into warm tea, warm water or warm milk.
  3. Stir gently until fully dissolved.
  4. Drink 30 minutes before bed for best results.
