- 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar unfiltered
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon optional
- Pinch of cayenne pepper optional
- Lemon slice for garnish optional
Heat water until warm but not boiling.
Pour the water into a glass mug.
Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and honey. Stir well until honey dissolves.
