Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar unfiltered
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon optional
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper optional
  • Lemon slice for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat water until warm but not boiling.
  • Pour the water into a glass mug.
  • Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and honey. Stir well until honey dissolves.
  • Sprinkle in cinnamon and cayenne, if using. Stir again.
  • Garnish with a lemon slice and enjoy immediately.
