Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet sugar free gelatin any flavor
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup cold water

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, dissolve the gelatin powder in hot water. Stir well until completely dissolved.
  • Let the gelatin mixture cool for a few minutes so it is warm but not hot.
  • Add the Greek yogurt and whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Mix in the protein powder and stir until fully combined with no lumps.
  • Pour the mixture into small bowls, jars, or dessert cups.
  • Refrigerate for about 1 to 2 hours until the gelatin is fully set.
  • Serve chilled and add fresh berries if desired.
