  • 1 packet sugar free gelatin any flavor
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup cold water

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve the gelatin powder in hot water. Stir well until completely dissolved.
  2. Let the gelatin mixture cool for a few minutes so it is warm but not hot.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and whisk until smooth and creamy.
  4. Mix in the protein powder and stir until fully combined with no lumps.
  5. Pour the mixture into small bowls, jars, or dessert cups.
  6. Refrigerate for about 1 to 2 hours until the gelatin is fully set.
  7. Serve chilled and add fresh berries if desired.
