Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon dried hibiscus flowers
  • 1 to 1.5 cups filtered water
  • 1 cinnamon stick optional
  • juice of ½ fresh lime optional
  • 200 –400 mg magnesium glycinate optional

Method
 

  1. Add dried hibiscus flowers and cinnamon stick to a cup or jar
  2. Pour in warm water (not boiling)
  3. Let steep for 8 to 10 minutes
  4. Strain the tea to remove flowers
  5. Add magnesium glycinate and lime juice if using
  6. Drink 45 to 60 minutes before bedtime
