Method
- Heat the Water
- Pour 1 cup of water into a microwave-safe mug or small saucepan. Heat until hot but not boiling.
- Steep the Tea
- Add the green tea bag to the hot water. Let it steep for about 3 minutes. Avoid steeping too long, as this can make the tea taste bitter.
- Add the Honey
- Remove the tea bag. Stir in 2 to 3 teaspoons of honey until fully dissolved. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.
- Serve and Enjoy
- Drink your green tea with honey warm, or let it cool and refrigerate it to serve over ice.
