- 1 pound potatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1 medium egg
- 3 tablespoons flour
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper optional
- Oil for frying
Peel the potatoes and onion. Grate both into a large bowl.
Squeeze out excess water from the grated potatoes using a clean towel.
Add the egg, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
