Expert Tips for Success:
  • The Golden Rule of Blooming: Never skip the 5-minute bloom in cold water. This is what prevents clumps and ensures your cubes are perfectly clear and smooth.
  • Liquid Temperature: Make sure your liquid is hot enough to melt the gelatin but avoid a rolling boil, as extreme heat can sometimes weaken the gelatin's setting power.
  • Juice Choice: For the best weight loss results, stick to 100% unsweetened cranberry or pomegranate juice. If it's too tart, add a little extra Stevia rather than switching to a sugary juice blend.
  • Storage: These satiety cubes will stay fresh in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
