Method

- Drink while warm about 15 to 20 minutes before a meal.
Optional Cube Method
- Prepare the gelatin mixture the same way.
- Pour it into a small container.
- Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
- Cut into cubes and eat before a meal.
