Method
- Add dandelion roots and water to a small saucepan.
- Bring to a light boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add dandelion leaves, flowers, and ginger.
- Cover and steep for another 10 minutes.
- Strain into cups and stir in fresh lemon juice.
- Add raw honey if desired and serve warm.
