Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon whole cumin seeds or ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup warm water 240 ml
Optional Add-Ins:
  • ¼ lemon juiced
  • 2 –3 slices fresh ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon raw honey

Method
 

  1. Add the cumin seeds to a mug or heatproof glass.
  2. Pour in the warm water.
  3. Add the apple cider vinegar and stir gently.
  4. Allow the mixture to steep for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Strain if using whole cumin seeds.
  6. Stir in lemon, ginger, or honey if desired.
  7. Serve warm before breakfast or alongside your morning meal.
