Method

  3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from the heat and allow the water to cool slightly.
  5. Strain the cumin water into a cup or jar.
  6. Stir in fresh lemon juice if desired.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature.
