Method
- Wash cucumber, lemon, and herbs thoroughly.
- Slice cucumber thin and cut lemon into thicker rounds.
- Add ingredients to a large glass pitcher.
- Lightly press slices using the back of a wooden spoon.
- Pour in cold filtered water.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours.
- Remove lemon slices after 4 to 6 hours for a smoother flavor.
- Serve chilled.
