Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ¾ cup parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz pasta penne or fettuccine, uncooked

Method
 

  1. Add chicken breast, cream cheese, butter, garlic, salt, pepper, chicken broth, and heavy cream into the crockpot.
  2. Cook on high for 2 to 3 hours or low for 4 to 5 hours until chicken is fully cooked.
  3. Remove chicken, shred it, then return it to the crockpot.
  4. Add uncooked pasta and parmesan cheese.
  5. Cook on high for 30 to 40 minutes until pasta is tender.
  6. Stir gently, adjust consistency if needed, and serve warm.
