Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural fruit juice strawberry, raspberry, or orange
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • fresh berries for garnish optional

Method

  1. Pour half of the fruit juice into a small bowl and sprinkle the gelatin powder evenly over the surface. Let it sit for about 3–5 minutes so the gelatin can bloom.
  2. Heat the remaining fruit juice gently in a small saucepan over low heat. Do not boil.
  3. Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm juice and stir until completely dissolved.
  4. Mix in the collagen powder and stir well until the mixture becomes smooth.
  5. Add honey or maple syrup if you want a sweeter flavor.
  6. Carefully pour the mixture into silicone gummy molds or a small glass dish.
  7. Refrigerate for about 2 hours until the gummies are fully set.
  8. Remove the gummies from the molds and serve with fresh berries if desired.
