  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee or 1 espresso lungo shot
  • 1 scoop collagen powder or collagen peptides
  • cup milk or plant based milk such as oat almond, or coconut
  • 1 teaspoon raw sugar honey, or maple syrup (optional)
  • Optional toppings: cinnamon cocoa powder, or vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Brew one cup of strong coffee or espresso and pour it into a mug.
  2. Add one scoop of collagen powder directly into the hot coffee.
  3. Stir or whisk well until the collagen peptides dissolve completely.
  4. Warm the milk separately if desired.
  5. Pour the milk into the coffee and add sweetener if using.
  6. Stir again or froth lightly to create a creamy texture.
