Method
Marinate Chicken
- In a bowl, mix chicken with salt, garlic powder, paprika, curry powder, and yogurt. Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
Cook Chicken
- Heat oil in a skillet. Sauté chicken 8–10 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Make Sauce Base
- Lower heat. Add 1 tbsp butter, garlic, and onion. Sauté until soft. Stir in tomato sauce and sugar. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
Combine and Simmer
- Add back chicken, pour in cream, and stir in spices. Let simmer 10 minutes. Adjust seasoning.
Finish and Serve
- Stir in remaining butter until melted. Garnish with parsley. Serve hot with naan and rice.
