  • 2 tablespoons cold-pressed flaxseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon milk or water optional for texture
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed optional for fiber
Toppings of your choice:

  • Savory: Cucumber tomato, lemon zest, herbs

Method
 

  1. Let cottage cheese sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
