Method
- Boil the water in a saucepan. If using ginger, add it while boiling.
- Remove from heat and add butterfly pea flowers. Let steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain the liquid if you prefer a clear drink.
- Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. Stir well.
- Optional: add honey for sweetness.
- Serve warm or pour over ice for a cold version.
