Ingredients
  

  • 1 apple cored and chopped
  • 3 packed cups 100g fresh spinach
  • 4 celery stalks chopped
  • 1 inch fresh ginger peeled
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 10 sprigs fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Ice optional

Method
 

  1. Add cold water, spinach, and cilantro to the blender. Blend for 15–20 seconds.
  2. Add apple, celery, ginger, and lemon juice. Blend for 45–60 seconds until smooth.
  3. Add ice and blend again if desired. Serve immediately.
