Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup cold water
  • ¾ cup hot water
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cranberry juice or lemon water
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons lemon juice optional
  • Pinch of salt optional

Optional ingredient

  • 1 tablespoon collagen peptides for a high protein gelatin variation

Instructions
 

  • Add the gelatin powder to the cold water and allow it to bloom for about five minutes.
  • Pour the hot water into the bloomed gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
  • Mix in the unsweetened cranberry juice or lemon water. Add lemon juice if desired.
  • Pour the mixture into small ramekins or silicone molds.
  • Refrigerate the cups for two to three hours until the gelatin sets.
  • Serve chilled as a light snack or dessert.
