Ingredients
  

  • 1 flour tortilla preferably whole wheat
  • 1 ripe but firm banana peeled
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 small smear of Nutella

Method
 

  1. Lay the tortilla flat and spread the peanut butter evenly over the surface.
  2. Add a thin line or small smear of Nutella.
  3. Place the peeled banana near one side of the tortilla.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly around the banana.
  5. Using a sharp knife and a gentle sawing motion, cut the roll into 1/2 to 1-inch pieces.
  6. Arrange the banana sushi rolls on a plate and serve.
